Items and standards of national physical health test
The National Physical Fitness Test Items and Standards is a national health test standard for promoting the health of the whole people and improving their physical fitness. It aims to evaluate the personal physical fitness level, provide scientific health guidance and management, and promote the improvement of the health quality of the whole people. National physical fitness test items mainly include physical fitness test and health status test. According to the test results, the National Physical Fitness and Health Test Standard divides personal physical condition into four grades: excellent, good, passing and failing. Among them, excellent means that the personal physical condition is very good, good means that the personal physical condition is relatively good, passing means that the personal physical condition is average, and failing means that the personal physical condition is poor.
