There is a day of cheating on diet in fitness. What is this?
Cheating day is called cheating day in the fitness circle. Taking one day out every 7- 10 day, eating food far exceeding the daily food intake-increasing protein, carbohydrate and total calorie intake-will trigger new muscle growth by promoting the level of growth hormone in the body. Some people call this day "cheating day"

Muscles need to be repaired.

If your fitness plan includes a lot of aerobic exercise and strength training, taking a day off on "Cheating Day" can restore and cultivate your muscles so that you can continue to exercise next week. If conditions permit, doing a massage is also a good choice, or taking a bath in the bathtub and taking a sauna is conducive to improving blood circulation.

Moderate principle

Everything needs moderation, and so does fitness. If you always insist on a healthy diet and reasonable exercise, then a little dessert or a glass of wine will not destroy your will. But if you are a person without perseverance, you must restrain your desire to eat more, or don't set a "cheating day" for yourself.

Rest is also work.

A good sleep in comfortable pajamas is good for physical and mental health and can relax your soul. If you wake up naturally in the early hours of the morning, go to bed as early as possible on Friday and Saturday nights so as to get a better rest on weekends. This is to recharge the work and life next week, ensure enough sleep on weekends, and exercise again next week!
