Both will do. It is suggested that Action A should be completed before Action B, and RM is the maximum number of times that a single action can be completed with a specified weight. For example, 80KG, if you do exhaustion six times, then 80KG RM=6. Pause for 30 seconds after exhaustion and do the same weight RM again. If you can't reach the first RM number, do your best.
