I just started working out. What should I do?
First of all,

Safety first, always put this first. When you come into contact with a new thing, you will be at a loss for it. This is exercise, and it will be dangerous. Although you are pursuing health and perfection, there are dangers in fitness, and these dangers happen without your knowledge.

For example, when you squat, you don't know how much you can bear, but if you try blindly, you are creating danger for yourself. Or you are tired, but you are still training, which increases your risk of injury.

Give yourself a plan in the early stage of fitness, according to your actual situation, otherwise it is still a bit difficult for a blind cat to meet a dead mouse. It is also for your own safety to have a plan before fitness, or to know your physical condition in advance, to do individual training to see how your level is, or to go to the hospital for a check-up to see what exercise you can do.

Then there is diet, and exercise cannot be separated from diet, which is an eternal truth; Rest, a good rest can improve your exercise efficiency. The so-called combination of work and rest is like this.
