Wang Peisheng's Martial Arts Works
Mr. Wang Peisheng not only has superb martial arts, but also attaches great importance to the theoretical research of boxing. After teaching, he tried to explore martial arts and wrote books, determined to repay the society and benefit the people with his accumulated experience for many years. As early as June 1953, he compiled Wu's Tai Ji Chuan 37 style on the basis of traditional Wu's Tai Ji Chuan, which was officially published in 1958. Later, I created a set of sixteen Tai Chi styles suitable for the elderly. He has excellent martial arts and a thorough understanding of boxing theory. He combined Wushu Qigong with Yin-Yang, Five Elements, Eight Diagrams, Physiology, Psychology and Medicine in China's ancient philosophy. His boxing theory contains profound philosophy and is scientific. Since 1980s, he has published more than 10 martial arts works. Among them, the English version of Taiji Biography (co-authored by Zeng Weiqi) is widely circulated overseas and has a great influence, and it has been listed as an astronaut training textbook by NASA. In 1985, he taught Tai Ji Chuan tuishou in the national training class for Wushu teachers in colleges and universities organized by the State Education Commission, and compiled The Essentials of Taiji Kung Fu and tuishou, which was designated as the advanced teaching material for Wushu teachers in colleges and universities. 1987 published the book "Tai Ji Chuan's Fitness Attack", which brilliantly expounded Tai Ji Chuan's fitness theory, introduced in detail the main points of Tai Ji Chuan's routine disassembly and pushing hands, exposed Tai Ji Chuan's attack that people had not seen for many years, broke the wrong idea that Tai Ji Chuan could only exercise but not riot, restored Tai Ji Chuan's true colors, made Tai Ji Chuan famous and attracted great attention in the martial arts community. He summed up many years' experience and combined Qigong with Wushu. The book "Three Talented Men Doing Kunwu Jigong" was regarded as a treasure by the majority of Wulin people. When the 11th Asian Games was held in Beijing from 65438 to 0989, the China Medical Qigong Society introduced the achievements of China's martial arts Qigong masters to friends all over the world, including the "Eight Piles" of martial arts internal strength in Mr. Wang Peisheng's book. Mr. Wang's works are rich, and his Wu's Taiji Sword, Wu's Taiji Gun, Fitness for Illness, and Bagua Sanshou are all rare martial arts masterpieces. This 10 work has been made into audio-visual products and officially published.

Wang Peisheng's martial arts works inherit and develop China's traditional martial arts theory, and there are many innovations. For example, the relationship between eyes and thoughts in the Tai Ji Chuan movement, Tai Ji Chuan's previous works and the teacher's dictation all say that the direction of eyes and the position of thoughts are the same. Wang Peisheng corrected this statement through long-term practice and put forward the concept of "the difference between God and mind". For example, when kicking, look at the hand in front and think about the hand behind, so that your feet will be strong and keep your body balanced. Wang Peisheng applied the meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine to the Tai Ji Chuan movement, inherited and carried forward the tradition of combining martial arts with medicine, and founded the theory of "activating qi with meaning and transporting the body with orifices (points)", which was regarded as the important significance of Tai Ji Chuan. Every movement he teaches Taiji Zhuan, even one finger and one wrist, must follow the meridians and go to the acupoints. He is the first person in the contemporary martial arts field to apply Chinese medicine meridians to Tai Ji Chuan's fitness and martial arts.
