I really think it's useful for girls to insist on soaking their feet for a long time.

2. Bookkeeping and daily records. I buy a notebook to keep accounts every year. Although I haven't saved any money, I mainly spend too much money, but I can know my income and expenditure and stick to it to lay the foundation for future financial management. Almost all my current deposits are in Alipay Yu 'ebao, and some of them are regular, and the income is not high, but better than nothing. Also, I insist on recording today's life in Weibo every day, just talking about what I did today and what I thought of. Every time I forget what happened at a certain moment in the past, I will go to my Weibo to search. Of course, I can see it myself, so there is no need to send it to others.

3. Insist on watching American TV series. I started watching American TV series probably because my ex-boyfriend, an English major, passed TEM-8. I know he likes watching American TV series very much. At that time, in order to have the same topic, I began to watch his favorite "The Big Bang Theory", and it was out of control. Although we broke up later, I began to love watching American TV series. I've watched a lot so far, such as Game of Thrones, The Big Bang Theory, Modern Family, Friends, Proud Wife, Little Sheldon, This is Us ... I found that American TV dramas are really much more exciting and faster than domestic Korean TV dramas. Of course, I can also practice listening by the way. Although my English is still poor, to be honest, watching American TV shows regularly every day will really exert a subtle influence, and I can speak or understand some basic daily conversations. I have benefited a lot.

4. Yoga before going to bed. Because I have a problem with my cervical vertebra, my sleep quality is not very good. Later, I followed KEEP to do yoga. I can't say the effect is remarkable. Occasionally, I still can't fall asleep right away, but the whole person is much more peaceful. Next came the relaxation of the shoulders and necks in the office and yoga before going to bed, which lasted about half an hour. As long as you persist in doing it, you will certainly get something.

5. Tidy up the room every week. I am not a neat freak, but I like to keep my room clean and tidy. Although I am very tired when cleaning up, I really feel much better after cleaning up. Usually, I use Bluetooth speakers to play songs, listening to them and sorting them out, which is very FEEL.

6. Use Weibo to record books, movies, TV dramas or variety shows. Every time I finish reading a book, a movie and a TV play, I will record it in Weibo. By the way, I will record the cover of the book together with the poster of the movie or TV series. This is publicly visible. After a year like this, I know how many books I have read and how many movies and TV plays I have watched. A summary is written at the end of each year.

7. Go to the nail salon to get a manicure regularly. I haven't cut my nails for a long time. I basically have my fingernails manicured every half month and my toenails manicured every month. It's very cheap to get a card, just 38 yuan at a time. But I prefer to have my nails done. I won't have long nails and trim my nails regularly!
