ZIPP mini is cylindrical in shape, about 23 cm high and about 10 cm in diameter. The appearance is two-stage design, and the bottom quarter is white base. Three quarters of the top area of the speaker is a specially designed red diamond mesh jacket, and there is a special place between the base and the red jacket. There is actually a zipper here. Why use it? ZIPP mini is designed with a replaceable jacket. There is nothing around the nightingale when it is turned on, and different virtual buttons will be displayed after it is turned on. When using, you can select the preset channel by touching the heart-shaped virtual button below, and adjust the volume by touching it clockwise or counterclockwise, so that the speaker can operate independently from the mobile phone, which is also a very intimate improvement of this new product. ZIPP mini is positioned as a portable wireless audio, and its use environment is to be carried to various places where music is needed, such as bedrooms, living rooms, gyms, parks and so on. Therefore, a three-inch bass unit, a one-inch treble unit and a 360-degree reflector are adopted, and exclusive FULLRoom technology is adopted. The normal posture is standing, which can make the music spread 360 degrees. After starting the audition, because it is portable, it can't be measured by the standard of HIFI speakers. Sound stage, positioning and so on all can't say, just from the sound quality, can fully meet my picky standards. To tell you the truth, before listening to it, I thought this product only relied on the face to eat, and the result was really delicious. The three-inch bass can't be expected to bring the surging bass that vibrates the trouser legs, but the effect is completely unexpected. The bass is very solid, unlike some Bluetooth speakers in my hand. Although the unit is larger than this, the sound is relatively empty. Plug in the speaker, turn it on, and then open the installed APP, and you will find the speaker, connect to WIFI, and add. (If you don't have WIFI, you can connect via Bluetooth. Then you can make a series of settings, such as renaming the speaker, changing the color of your favorite icon and so on. After the setting is completed, your own speaker LOGO and a video introduction will appear on the main page of the app, and it will disappear when you open the video introduction once. Then click the speaker icon and the speaker remote control will appear.

The big circle in the middle is the touch volume adjustment key, and in the middle of the circle are play/pause, previous song and next song. The upper left of the circle is the power state, the upper right is the WIFI signal state, and the lower right is the setting. There are five preset radio stations under the circle. Both the power status and the WIFI signal status will show the remaining power and the strength of the WIFI signal. The main thing worth saying is this setting and preset radio station.

There can be multiple equalizer settings and usage environment settings in the settings, which is convenient for users to listen to different music and use in different environments. The preset radio stations are three providers of network audio provided by APP: VTUNER, Himalayan and Douban Music. Users can choose their favorite content from these three content providers as channel presets, and one * * * can set five. After setting up, the speaker can play music directly without connecting to the mobile phone, and can also be turned on at any time to make background music during work or reading breaks, which is very convenient.

So how does ZIPP mini connect to a mobile phone? The easiest way is to use the audio cable provided randomly, but this will lose the meaning of wireless speakers (you can also play music directly by plugging in a USB flash drive), so we still give priority to wireless connection, and Bluetooth mode is also relatively easy, so I won't say much, mainly about how to connect through DLAN mode.
I first experimented with Qikuo flagship version, and installed several apps such as Netease Cloud Music, QQ Music, Himalayan, Dragonfly FM, etc. on my mobile phone. After practical testing, Netease Cloud Music and QQ Music can be easily connected to the speakers through DLAN. QQ music is the simplest. In the playback interface, there is a circular icon to the left of the previous icon. This is the logo of QPLAY. Click here to see options for playing to speakers. After selection, you can play it on the speaker. Relatively speaking, Netease cloud music is a little more complicated. You need to turn on the DLAN function in the settings first, and then click lyric mode in the playback interface to see the DLAN icon. Click this icon and choose to play through the speaker, which is much more complicated than QQ music. However, it is still much better than Himalayan and Dragonfly, because these two applications don't support DLAN playback at all. Dragonfly, to take a step back, why doesn't Himalaya, as a partner of Libratone, have DLAN playback settings? This really made me doubt my sister.

Can't I connect the speakers with Himalayan and listening applications through DLAN? Fortunately, I still have HTC 728 mobile phone in my hand. Although this mobile phone only locates the mid-range machine, it has a very good function that there is an HTC Connect switch in the drop-down switch on the main page. Click this switch, you can choose to play all the media in your mobile phone directly on the ZIPP speaker, which is too domineering!
ZIPP mini can not only connect with mobile devices through DLAN, but also connect with desktop! As long as they are in the same WIFI environment, PCs can connect to wireless routers through network cables.
The specific setting is divided into three steps:
The first step is to ensure that the PC and speakers are under the same wifi.
Step 2, open windows mediaplayer, open more streaming options at the media streaming point, and select Allow on the speaker.
The third part, open the directory for storing music, select the music and click the right mouse button, and there will be options to play it on the device. Click on it, the little nightingale will come out, and then you can play music on the speaker!
However, it must be explained here that because it is played by windows mediaplayer, the music can only be in a format that windows mediaplayer can recognize. For example, ape music can't be recognized and can't be played like this.
If you have more than one Libratone speaker, you can add other Libratone speakers through the application. If it happens to be two speakers, you can also set whether each speaker puts a channel to form a stereo effect or the same channel. Even Libratone has considered that if the models of the two speakers are different, the volume may be different because of the unit problem, so you can adjust the volume of the two channels separately. How sweet! But I wonder if I can have five, can I form a wireless home theater?
I tried it for a few days and really liked it. On the face value, it is definitely a wireless speaker that can make people shine. On the sound quality, it can meet my demanding requirements, and the fun brought by various playability adds a lot to it. If someone asked me to recommend wireless speakers, I would definitely recommend Libratone zipp mini with a price of around 1,000 yuan.
