Every time we go to the gym, our goal is to break the record of the last fitness. Every time you break your own record, it's worth cheering for.

We strive to accept every challenge, greater weight, longer distance, faster speed and longer time. It doesn't matter even if we fail. Come again next time. Therefore, we apply this philosophy to our lives.

In the end, what we reap is happiness. A happy life and a relaxed attitude are the most valuable and precious things in the world. Exercise is really something that will make people happy. And this has been confirmed by science. Even if I am disturbed by a lot of fucking things, going to the gym or playground and exercising for an hour, sweating, carefree and unhappy, I will be thrown ten miles away.
