In the new version, the fitness record app that started the competition was renamed as "Fitness", and the original records, trends, physical training and medal options were integrated into the "Summary", and the function was not much different from that of "Fitness Record".
The fitness goal of Apple Watch is divided into three parts: the first part is the number of calories consumed every day, and you can set a target value for yourself; The second part is the length of exercise every day, which requires at least 30 minutes of exercise every day; The third part is the number of times you stand every day. If you can stick to at least 1 minute every hour, the fitness club will record 1 time for you, and 12 times will complete the task of the day.
In the competition, 1% of each task will be marked as 1. If you only complete three parts, it will be 300. And in order not to let you exercise too much because of the pursuit of scores, you can only take 600 points a day at most. The contest will record the total score of 7 days (maximum 600× 7 = 4,200 points), and the winner will be the one with the highest total score.
