What is the size? What is the standard?
The measurements are waist circumference, hip circumference and chest circumference.

Standard measurement

According to the "measurements" of ordinary women's curvy figure and the influence of body-building exercise on human body shape, bodybuilding experts in China summarized the method for calculating the standard measurements of women:

[bust = height (cm) ×0.535], [waist = height (cm) ×0.365], [hip = height (cm) ×0.565]. According to the statistical results, the "measurements" are less than 5 cm, indicating that they are too slim (thin); More than 5 cm indicates that it is too plump (overweight).

Professional female models are measured differently. Due to professional needs, their measurement standards have a certain gap with the normal standards.

According to the national characteristics of our country, the standard of measurements is generally chest circumference of 84cm, waist circumference of 6 1cm and hip circumference of 90cm.

How to measure the measurements?

Upper bust: cling to the body with a soft ruler and surround it through the nipple level.

2. Waist circumference: When measuring the waist circumference, stick the soft ruler on the skin and surround the horizontal position 3cm above the navel.

3. Hip circumference: When measuring hip circumference, stick the soft ruler on the body and surround the horizontal position of the hip protrusion.
