Then use the Rate Stretch Tool to stretch the video to the normal rate. If you don't need audio and video synchronization, you can repeatedly superimpose audio to a length suitable for video. If synchronization is needed, it can be cut in the audio interval, and each segment can be placed according to the corresponding position of the video.
If the audio and video are not the same complete video, it will be easier to handle:
1, when the audio is on time, stretch the video to the length of the audio according to the above method;
2. When the video is on time, stretch the video to the length when the rate is normal according to the above method; Then according to the video length, increase or decrease the audio material (not stretch or decrease the length) to make it the same as the video length. If audio and video synchronization is needed, cut the audio and video separately according to the above ideas.
