This syllabus is based on the undergraduate teaching plan of our department. With the goal of training qualified PE teachers in middle schools and above, students will have the ability of teaching, training, fitness, organization and judging track and field sports by systematically imparting "basic skills and basic knowledge".
Second, the teaching objectives:
1. Through the teaching of theoretical courses, students can have a certain understanding of the classification, function and development history of track and field sports, expand their thinking and horizons, and learn to analyze and solve problems by inheritance and development. In teaching, we should pay attention to the analysis of technical principles and solve practical problems that need to be solved urgently in teaching and training. Improve the ability of theory to guide practice or summarize practical experience.
2. Adopt rich teaching methods and means to help students form the ability of explanation, demonstration and organization, so as to prepare for engaging in track and field teaching and training.
3. Use referee practice and preparatory practice to cultivate students' social work ability and accumulate practical experience.
Third, the teaching content and class allocation:
The main basis of teaching content and class time allocation is based on the track and field textbooks of physical education class in secondary and above schools and the needs of national fitness. See attached tables [1] and [2].
Fourth, the content of teaching materials:
1. Theoretical part: According to the content of the textbook, introduce relevant new scientific research achievements at home and abroad appropriately, inspire students' thinking and cultivate their innovative ability.
2. Technical part: Focusing on technical teaching methods and teaching steps, this paper discusses the causes and correction methods of error-prone, and strengthens the cultivation of teaching organization ability. In addition, combined with the teaching content, the basic knowledge of technical development, laws, judgment methods, field equipment specifications and so on are taught.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) class exercises:
1. Practice of preparatory activities: The teaching plan requires the pertinence of content, the effectiveness of methods, the appropriate natural and organizational measures of teaching mode, and the combination of the implementation effect of the teaching plan and the use of passwords is included in the performance assessment.
2. Referee's practice: use the sports competitions inside and outside the school to cultivate students' ability to organize sports competitions and judge.
[1] Systematic rules and referee methods training, combined with pre-competition division of labor practice.
[2] Invite experts to give lectures.
[3] Students practice, teachers guide, elaborate organization, strict requirements, and accumulate practical work experience.
[4] Summarize in time and exchange experiences and lessons extensively. Incorporate the performance during the internship into the evaluation.
