Application materials:

1. Small loan application (in triplicate);

2. A copy of the household registration book (in triplicate);

3. Copy of ID card (in triplicate);

4. A copy of the rental agreement or proof of ownership (in triplicate);

5 copies of business license, hygiene license and production license (in triplicate);

6. Copy of tax registration (in triplicate);

7. Copy of re-employment concession card (1-2 pages in triplicate);

8. Other materials required by the lending bank;

The above copies must be made on A4 copy paper, and the original must be issued.
