There are many fancy styles suitable for girls in the long edition. It is more advantageous for girls to play the long version, because the balance of girls is generally better than that of boys, and it is very temperament for girls to play the long version well.
If you don't want to play fancy and just want to walk instead of walking, then the fishboard is also a good choice.
Advice for novice skateboarders:
Let's practice the slide first. Focus on your still feet and lean forward slightly when you slide to the ground. There is no trick. Slip more, and it will be stable.
Turn: Which foot do you usually use to support the ground? Just put that foot on the end of the board and exert force, and the other foot will lift slightly, and the board will tilt up at this time. Then do a proper rotation with your hands and body (especially your waist) (you can get the hang of it with regular practice). Use the force of body rotation to control the angle of rotation. ?
Stop: the most common way is to come down and pick up the board directly, or to slow down by rubbing the ground with the foot that usually slides on the ground; You can also press down the upturned place with your back foot to stop the board at 45 degrees, but I don't encourage you to use magic. If you use it frequently, the end of the bottom of the board will be badly worn. It is more difficult to jump up and grab the board, or use the upturned part in front of the pedal that you don't move, lift the other foot slightly, and make the board slide forward quickly (the body should lean back) by turning, and then stop.
Dolphin jump: You can try dolphin jump after you practice horizontal, vertical and basic skills. First put the hind foot in an inclined position, slightly suspended (that is, half the hind foot is on the board and half is suspended), and the other foot is placed between the left and right four screws (or slightly lean forward, in short, do not exceed the front screw). It's best not to go beyond the edge of the board (it doesn't matter if you lean back a little). Practice in the same place first, try to stand on the board and make a knife shape with your front foot, that is, draw forward obliquely with the outer edge of your shoes, that is, scrape the sandpaper on the board with the edge of your shoes and pick up the board. When you can jump and be stable, try to jump on a big, thin board. If you practice like this from the beginning, you will be handy at once. ?
180 jump: after you are familiar with jumping, slide slowly, lean back slightly, press the back foot slightly to let the board brush out, and pull the front foot backwards. At first, the board will often fly out. Remember to separate your feet from the general jumping station before jumping, and it is best to stand on your hind feet. The front foot stands on the four screws (the toes of the front foot should slightly exceed the edge of the board). After you are proficient, you can try to stand with your front foot in the same position as "jump", which will jump very high and turn to 180.
