20 10 is the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone.
30 years of hard work, 30 years of struggle to write China chapter.
This year, Shenzhen "stood at the age of 30". In this year of standing, Shenzhen has to answer: What has stood up in Shenzhen in the past 30 years? What made "standing at 30"? Only by seriously answering this question can we systematically sum up the valuable experience of Shenzhen's 30th anniversary development and regard it as an important asset for Shenzhen's future development.
What can Shenzhen do this year to welcome the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the SAR? Shenzhen should not only strive to achieve the goal of economic and social development, but also strive for policies and actively mobilize the masses to turn the process of welcoming the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Special Economic Zone into a process of developing Shenzhen to a higher level and laying the foundation for sound and rapid development in a longer period.
In the past 30 years, Shenzhen has been a special zone and a vanguard. What will Shenzhen be like in the next 30 years? This requires in-depth thinking and research. In the next 30 years, if Shenzhen wants to lead China coquettish again, it must lead China coquettish again in talent gathering. From a certain point of view, in the past 30 years, Shenzhen has created a miracle of development by a group of people who have ideals, want to do things, dare to innovate and even dare to take risks. Can Shenzhen still attract "peacocks flying southeast" like those years? This requires that Shenzhen, which has entered the thirties, dare to break the existing interest pattern, create a good business environment and legal environment, and continue to attract a large number of outstanding talents.
Innovation and development means taking reform and innovation as an important driving force to promote the scientific development of Longgang. Accelerate the transformation from "factor-driven" to "innovation-driven" and further enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and industries by strengthening independent innovation; The concept of reform will run through all fields of urban and social management, and solve the institutional and institutional problems that restrict the scientific development of Longgang through deepening reform.
Safe development means taking safety and stability as an important guarantee to promote the scientific development of Longgang. Attach great importance to the comprehensive management of letters and visits to maintain stability and safety in production, adhere to both the symptoms and the root causes, strengthen the construction of urban safe operation platform and long-term mechanism, carry out in-depth special rectification, and further consolidate the foundation of social stability.
Humanistic development takes improving people's livelihood as the fundamental purpose to promote the scientific development of Longgang. Increase investment in people's livelihood, speed up the construction of people's livelihood facilities, improve people's livelihood services, do a good job in the practical implementation of people's livelihood, and effectively solve the hot and difficult issues that have been strongly reflected by the masses, such as transportation, school, medical treatment, employment, and environmental protection, so that development results can benefit the people more and better.
If we can think deeply about these problems and form and implement work measures, Shenzhen will remain the vanguard of national reform, opening up and economic and social development in the next 30 years.

Weiwei Wu Tongshan
Wu Tong, like a sword that goes straight into the sky, "goes straight into the blue sky, unscathed", stands on the edge of Dapeng Bay. With its unique charm, it has won the admiration and praise of Shenzhen migrant workers from all corners of the country. For me, a Chaohu person who is used to fishing boats, it is a very pleasant thing to be able to climb Wutongshan once.
On a Sunday morning in March, I set out from Shenzhen Reservoir, crossed Dawang Bridge and walked into Wu Tong with the teachers' mountaineering team of Shenzhen Luohu Foreign Language School. Wu Tong is two sister mountains, the southwest is called Xiaowutong Mountain, and the northeast is called Dawutong Mountain. Our party of more than 30 people climbed to the top of the mountain along the steep little Wutongshan Road, through the shady Woods. Along the way, the plane tree is tall and straight, thick and can be folded. The scar on the trunk seems to tell us the vicissitudes of Shenzhen in the past 100 years. There is a gurgling spring in the gap, gurgling. The sound of the stream, like a flute, like a piano and like a bell, is subtle and pleasant. I scooped the stream in my hand and took a sip. It was cold and sweet.
At nine o'clock sharp, we climbed to the top of Wu Tong. The courtyard surrounded by the stone wall at the top of the mountain is a TV transmitting station, in which several transmitting columns stand, and a tall transmitting tower leads directly to Yun Biao. The tall iron tower collects TV programs and business information from all directions day and night, spreads to thousands of households, and sends the pioneering spirit of Shenzhen people to the horizon.
An old Shenzhen finger mark on the stone wall told me that at the end of the Southern Song Dynasty, Lu Xiufu, a national hero, fought bloody battles in the mountains, killing and injuring nearly 10,000 people. During the Opium War, the Pingying regiment composed of Lingnan people ambushed the invaders in Wu Tong and fought an epic struggle to defend their homeland. During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period, the anti-Japanese athletes of Dongjiang Column, under the leadership of General Zeng, fought bravely and tenaciously against the Japanese invaders in the mountains and beat the devils to death. How many tragic and touching legends in old Shenzhen brought my thoughts to that long and bloody era, and the peaks of Wu Tong caught my eye. Is it not the invincible heroism of China people from generation to generation? Lin Tao's voice came into my eardrum, not just a healthy Chinese song! "
At about ten o'clock, our mountaineering team climbed up the Great Wu Tong along the rugged mountain road at the northern foot of Xiaowutong Mountain. Dawutong Mountain is 944 meters above sea level, which is the highest peak in Shenzhen. Compared with Xiaowutong Mountain, Dawutong Mountain is more pleasant, with majestic mountains and clear springs. The buttonwood trees are tall and straight, and the wind blowing in the forest makes people relaxed and happy. Wild flowers are colorful and fragrant. The green grass is green and refreshing. Eagles hover, birds chirp, bees and butterflies fly. Dawutong Mountain opened its broad and beautiful mind and warmly welcomed us climbers. We sweated, climbed the cliff, helped each other and tried to reach the top of the mountain.
Enjoy the mountain view at the top of Great Wu Tong and have fun. The Hongfa Temple on the mountainside is resplendent and full of tourists. Fairy Lake, like a mirror, is quietly embedded in the valley. The lake is clear, the lotus leaves are green, the OARS whimper, and the canoe ripples with the waves. In the lakeside garden, the Ficus altissima planted by Comrade Deng Xiaoping has grown to more than ten feet high, covered with shade and swaying branches, and is welcoming guests from all over the world. Countless tourists took photos and left messages under the tree, remembering the great achievements of a generation of great men.
At this time, old Shenzhen told us historical legends. A long time ago, Dapeng Bay was scorching in the sun. After a long drought, crops withered, the countryside was barren, pestilence was prevalent, and people were starving everywhere ... Three kind and beautiful fairies in Yaochi in the sky knew that three sisters came from the sky to the small fishing village at the foot of Dapeng Bay, bringing exotic flowers and herbs to cure diseases and save lives. They dug streams and springs to irrigate the fields. They also planted many buttonwood trees on two mountains. A few years later, the plane tree rose to the sky, attracting hundreds of birds to gather. Turn a remote and desolate ravine into a rice river with trees, birds and flowers. Since then, people have called these two mountains Dawu Tongshan and Xiaowu Tongshan. When the mother of the Western Heavenly King knew about it, she sent a heavenly soldier to take them away. The painful tears of the three fairies flowed into the ravine and pool and gathered into a big lake. In memory of them, people call this lake Huxian Lake. Every spring, three fairies often turn into Cai Feng, wandering and singing in the treetops of buttonwood trees, praying for people to eliminate disasters. People built temples on the mountainside, offering sacrifices to immortals from generation to generation. Isn't it? Throughout the ages, people admire and praise those who benefit the people. How many people who disturb the people are mercilessly whipped by the people.
Ancient myths and legends make Wu Tong colorful and make us swim more happily.
On the top of Wu Tong, overlooking the east, the waves in Mirs Bay roll like galloping horses. There are many merchant ships in Yantian Port, sirens are ringing, dock workers are busy loading and unloading containers, and the 10,000-ton ocean-going freighter is full of China people's foreign friendship and sails far away.
Looking at Hong Kong from the south, we can see these buildings clearly. Hong Kong, a bright pearl, was once invaded and enslaved by foreign countries, and suffered great disasters and humiliation. It returned to the embrace of the motherland on July 1997. Now it is full of vitality, showing a thriving scene. Hong Kong is developing hand in hand with Shenzhen, and Mirs Bay is setting off a wave of economic construction.
Looking at Shenzhen in the west, thousands of weather rushed into our eyes. In the distance, full of green, with criss-crossing roads and rolling traffic. The International Trade Building, which once created the myth of "Shenzhen Speed", waved to me frequently, as if telling us the vicissitudes of history. Litchi Garden is fragrant with flowers, Luohu Bridge is bustling, the old East Gate is crowded with people, and Shennan Road is full of traffic.
Old Shenzhen told me with great interest that Shenzhen was once a poor fishing village at the foot of Wu Tong Mountain. Thirty or forty families rely on mountains and seas to make a living by fishing. People are often unwilling to be poor and sneak into Hong Kong to make a living. 1979, Shenzhen established a special economic zone, and Shenzhen took a powerful step of reform and opening up to get rid of poverty and become rich. Thirty degrees of vicissitudes, millions of people work hard. Countless industrial parks and science parks, rows of buildings and buildings, too many to see, motors rumbling. "Checkerboard paintings on the streets, jade boxes on overlapping floors." The mountains and rivers are picturesque and beautiful. A modern metropolis with a population of12 million has stood by Dapeng Bay. Today, Shenzhen has become the vanguard of national economic construction and scientific and technological innovation.
Looking north, I can see Longgang and Baoan vividly. Smoky, elegant clouds, beautiful rivers and boundless valleys. I vaguely heard the footsteps of Shenzhen people going to the world, as if I saw the bright future of China's prosperity.
I can't get enough of the beautiful scenery of Wutongshan; I can't finish listening to Wu Tongshan's touching story. Wu Tong is a symbol of the heroic spirit of Chinese sons and daughters, a witness of Shenzhen's continuous self-improvement, and an emerald of South China. I love the majestic Wutongshan, its beauty and grandeur, its sacredness and elegance, its broad mind and its bright future.
