1. Not ready to warm up. Warm-up exercise can warm up muscles, accelerate oxygen uptake, promote anaerobic metabolism and improve potential.

2. Exercise too much. Because there is no exercise for a long time, if the one-time exercise is too large and exceeds the load of the body, it may cause muscle strain.
