0 1 push bamboo

Pushing bamboo is also called "opening Tianmen". Chinese medicine believes that Tianmen is located on the midline of forehead and is the gate of vitality. Pushing Tianmen can nourish human essence.

The method of pushing is to push the thumb of both hands alternately from the brow to the hairline in front of the forehead; From light to heavy, 30 ~ 50 times each time, with slight redness of the forehead skin as the degree. Regular use of bamboo storage is helpful to soothe the liver and regulate qi, relieve eye and head fatigue and promote blood circulation.

According to the eyes

Jingming point of the human body is located on the face, slightly higher than the corner of the eye. The eye refers to the position of the point, and the main target of qi and blood in the point is the eye. Ming means light. You can know from the name, which can brighten your eyes.

Pressing the eye is to gently pinch the acupoint with the tip of the thumb nail, and gently scrape and rub it back and forth on the bone for 1.3 minutes each time. It can prevent and treat myopia and relieve redness.

Knead the sun

The temple is located in the depression between the brow tip and the outer corner of the eye. This point has the functions of expelling wind and relieving exterior syndrome, clearing away heat and improving eyesight, and stopping headache.

The way to rub the sun is to press the left and right temples with two thumbs clockwise, rubbing 16 times, and rubbing 16 times in the opposite direction. Rubbing the sun can relieve fatigue, cheer up, relieve pain and refresh oneself, and help to keep concentration.

Baihui point is located at the intersection of the midline of the head and the connecting line between the two ear tips. "Ai Cai Bian" records: "Three yang and five meetings, five meetings are words, and a hundred meetings are words", which means that hundreds of veins meet here. Baihui Club is the master of all diseases, so many diseases can be treated with Baihui Club in clinic. The method of rubbing Baihui point is to rub it with your fingertips. Move gently, not too hard, and repeat for 2 3 minutes. It can improve blood supply to the brain, strengthen the brain, improve intelligence, calm down and sleep.

Twist one's eyebrows

Pinch your eyebrows and massage Tang Yin. Tang Yin's position is between his eyebrows.

Tang Yin point has the functions of improving eyesight, clearing nose, calming the heart and calming the nerves. Stir up the skin between the eyebrows with your thumb and forefinger, and pull it up a little 100 times a day, and you will feel a feeling of bloating and spreading to both sides. This is the impact of yang, and then you will feel that your brain is particularly awake and your eyes are particularly bright.

Massage the scalp.

Nawujing

Put the palm of one hand on the top of your head, put your middle finger on the Du meridian in the middle of your head, put your index finger and ring finger on the bladder meridian on both sides, and put your thumb and little finger on the gallbladder meridian on both sides of the bladder meridian (the middle line before and after the head is the Du meridian, so determine the position of the middle finger, and the other fingers will be slightly opened, that is, they will naturally fall on the corresponding bladder meridian and gallbladder meridian). Comb your hair.
