How do you allocate daily exercise and life, work or study?
Actually, it's really a big problem for me not to have time to exercise. The school is in the suburbs, so I have to go to the city to have a gym. I go for an hour, come back for an hour, then exercise for two hours, take a shower and catch my hair for half an hour ... I have to catch my hair because I have to walk for a long night to get back to school. Saturday and Sunday are basically in the gym in the afternoon. If you have classes in the afternoon at other times, practice after class. At 9: 30 in the evening, there was no bus. I walked back to school for about an hour (actually, it was a trot). Summer is fine, winter is very annoying, because the weather is cold, there are many clothes, and it gets dark early. First of all, after I started working out, I gave up playing games. Lol really didn't have time to play, because later I found that sports made me happier than playing games. Maybe someone else is in an internet cafe, in a bar, or with his girlfriend, so you have to exercise. Bottom line: In my spare time, I am either working out or on my way to the gym. Later, time is tight and you can't exercise for that long ... so you should start squeezing your body function, reduce your rest, or even stop. In short, fitness is not achieved overnight, but the product of time and sweat accumulation. You should like it very much. Every time I finish exercise, I feel in a good mood and have a sense of accomplishment.
