Efficacy: There are abundant thoracic wall nerves and spinal nerves in the chest and back, which dominate human movement and cardiopulmonary function. Flapping the chest and back can stimulate the skin and subcutaneous tissue of the chest and back, accelerate blood circulation in the body, and enhance endocrine function through nerve conduction. Can be used for preventing and treating coronary heart disease, hypertensive heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, pulmonary heart disease, emphysema and muscular dystrophy.

Efficacy: There are three meridians in the palm and the back of the hand: heart meridian, lung meridian and pericardium meridian, and three meridians in the large intestine, small intestine and triple energizer. Beating them can regulate the five internal organs, enhance the vitality of the heart and lungs and the immunity of the body, and ensure the smooth flow of the respiratory, blood, digestive and excretory systems.
Matters needing attention in beating meridians
1, the slapping force should be appropriate. Should be light before heavy, slow before fast, moderate speed, not too hard. The diseased joint muscles can be slightly harder and the rhythm can be faster. When patting the chest and abdomen, the action should be slightly lighter to avoid damaging the internal organs.
2, when flapping, the whole body should relax naturally, don't be nervous, the neck is straight and the chest is straight, breathing is stable, and distractions are eliminated.
3. When slapping, you should be gradual, persistent, thoughtful and comprehensive, and you can't slap at will. Beating is best arranged after getting up in the morning.

Repeat for one minute.
It should be noted that patients with hypertension should not pat their heads, but can rub or pinch with ten fingers! Step 1: Rub the finger from Tang Yin along the forehead and Baihui point to Fengfu point behind the neck for 9- 18 times. Step 2: Rub your hands from the temples on both sides to the wind pool point on the neck through both sides of the head for 9- 18 times. Then turn around in the opposite direction. The right hand rotates around the back to the lower right, the elbow bends and slaps the back with the palm, the left arm bypasses the front to the left, and slaps the right shoulder with the palm. Repeatedly, the number of slaps is generally four or eight times. The action should be coordinated when flapping, and the inertia of shoulder, back and waist rotation should be used. When the arm swings, the shoulders, elbows and wrists should be flexible and the flapping strength should be appropriate. When patting the back, the arm should be bent backwards as far as possible, so that the back that is not easy to touch can be patted. Constantly twist your body and swing your arms, and slap your hands alternately, and the number of slaps is self-determined.

The bladder meridian is located on both sides of the back, and there are points such as heart, lung, liver, gallbladder, spleen, stomach, large intestine and Shenshu on the bladder meridian.
The third step is to pat the middle of the back, that is, Du meridian and Jiaji point, also called Jiaji point. From the first thoracic vertebra to the fifth lumbar vertebra, there are 34 acupoints on each side of the twelve thoracic vertebrae and the five lumbar vertebrae. Jianjing point is located in the middle of the shoulder, on the same level as Dazhui, and is an important point on the gallbladder meridian.
Step 2: Pat the left shoulder epiphysis and shoulder epiphysis with the right palm, and then pat the right shoulder epiphysis and shoulder epiphysis with the left palm. When slapping, the arm is slightly raised, which makes the shoulder and arm head look smooth and easy to flap, usually about 36 times. When the upper limb is lifted outward at a 90-degree angle with the trunk, two nests are formed above the acromion due to the contraction of the lateral part of the deltoid muscle. The center of the anterior nest is acromion, and the center of the posterior nest is acromion point.

The third step is to pat the inside of the leg, and the feet are slightly turned outwards into an external figure-eight, which is convenient for flapping. Then, Step 2 above starts from the ankle, and shoots back to the thigh root along the inside of the leg (including Sanyinjiao and Yinlingquan) and the inside of the knee (including Xue Hai).
The fourth step is to pat the front side of the leg. At this time, turn your foot back, and then pat it from the root of your thigh to the foot surface in step 3 above, including the moustache and the front of your knee.
Step 5, pat the back (side) of the leg, and then pat the hip back from the heel in step 4 above, including Chengshan point, posterior popliteal fossa of the knee, and the support point between thigh and hip. In short, you should pat the front of the outer medial side of the leg, the back medial side of the leg and the middle of the outer medial side of the leg, and generally pat the leg back and forth for 2-3 times. Kicking is to hit the Yang meridian first and then the Yin meridian, that is, to hit the outside of the leg first and then the inside of the leg.
