I suggest to find a private tutor, or someone who practices well around you (at least there are traces of training, preferably winning prizes or competitions) and spend some money to take you. Many movements seem simple, but if you design a lot of sports anatomy knowledge, you will be easily injured if you don't do it well in the early stage.
Summary: 1. I must have a good look at anatomy (muscles, bones).
Please be professional, not too thin and not too fat. Small belly is good at saying that it can increase muscle and reduce fat. You can try to ask for a month, this month to achieve a goal, posture, action standards. They seldom teach you all the knowledge in a month, you have to ask.
