Don't wear headphones so formally, just wear your own style! When I was at school, I was mainly black. The uniform collar inside the black coat should stand up. Pants and shoes should be casual (but not too much to avoid being scolded by the teacher). When you don't listen to music, wear headphones around your neck and be casual.
