What body movements do most people do that you don't?
I can't squat, bend over and touch the ground. I can only squat. You can't touch your thighs when you squat down. I always feel that my muscles will break if I push harder. It's even harder to bend down and touch the ground, even if my fingers can't touch the ground. I remember my high school PE teacher said that my muscles were short and I had to stretch every day.
