What's the difference between molasses and honey as food?
There are two main differences. The first is the taste. Honey is the nectar or secretion of plants collected by bees, which is fully brewed. Honey brewed by different honey plants has different color, fragrance and taste. The unique sweetness of honey is obviously different from that of molasses, and the taste of honey is more layered.

The second point is nutritional value. Obviously, the nutritional value of honey is much higher than that of edible molasses. Honey contains 180 kinds of substances, including glucose and fructose, as well as amino acids, minerals, vitamins and active enzymes, which can be absorbed and utilized by human body, and the main component of molasses is sucrose.
