If there is no objection during the announcement period, the registration shall be approved, a trademark registration certificate shall be issued, and the applicant shall obtain the exclusive right to use the trademark; If there is any objection during the announcement period, if the objection is not established after examination, the applicant shall be issued with a trademark registration certificate to obtain the exclusive right to use the trademark; If the objection is established after examination, the registration shall not be granted and the trademark application shall be rejected.
