Luoyang Olympic Center is located between Sima Guang Road and Gulong Road in Yibin Economic Development Zone, which is in an important position at the southern end of the future central axis. The planned construction land area is about 73 1 mu, with a total construction area of about 278,000 square meters. The Olympic Center is designed according to the standards of Grade A stadiums. It will host the relevant events of the 14th Games of Henan Province in 2022, and also meet the needs of hosting national single-category international competitions in the future.

According to the plan, the Olympic Center will mainly build 50,000 stadiums, 1 10,000 gymnasiums, swimming pools, national fitness complexes, indoor track and field training halls and mass outdoor activity squares in the near future, and it is planned to provide about 1.800 supporting motor vehicle parking spaces.

Among them, the stadium has 5 floors above ground;

The swimming pool has 1 floor above ground, 3 floors locally and 1 floor underground;

The gymnasium has 1 floor above ground, 5 floors locally and 1 floor underground;

The National Fitness Center has two floors above ground and two floors underground.

The overall concept of the Olympic Center is that "the mountains and rivers surround the national color, and the Silk Road begins in the new city". The perforation texture of the facade echoes the urban design theme of Xia and Shang culture, and a water system is set in the middle to enhance the overall image and function.
