3. To apply for a C 1 driver's license, you need to have more than 5 years of safe driving experience and more than 3 years of driving experience. Among them, the safe driving experience needs to be issued by the city vehicle management office with districts, and the driving experience certificate of the quasi-teaching model is issued by the unit.
