How did you adjust the schedule of fitness, study and running during college?
Time arrangement mainly depends on personal class time and personal habits. Running is also a way of keeping fit, which I collectively call exercise.

In my own case.

Exercise time: Because of my major, the class time is generally not arranged in the evening, so I put the exercise time at around 8 pm (I am used to having dinner at 5-6 pm, so I start running on the playground after a break of about two hours).

Generally, I run about three times a week, that is, once every other day.

Because I occasionally take part in short-term work-study programs (earn a little money) at school, I may be tired and can't exercise.

If it rains and I can't go out, I will do pilates, jump rope or do aerobic exercise with a yoga mat, all of which are exercises, depending on my exercise goal.

If it is to lose weight, then strengthen the intensity of exercise and run 5 kilometers a day, which will be effective quickly.

If it is for shaping, it is recommended to seek professional guidance, such as correcting leg shape and adjusting standing posture. There are many small details, so it is safer to have help.

Study: Personally, I prefer to study in the morning, so if there is no class in the morning, I will get up early to read books, and I will hardly study at night. It is enough to go to the library to review at weekends.

This also depends on my personal situation. I am not an involution player. I prefer to participate in community activities and volunteer. I don't require high grade points.

If you study efficiently at night, you can also go to the library to review what you learned that day.

All the above are personal suggestions, mainly based on my class time, meal time and goal choice. You can adjust it according to your own situation.
