Do you need a rest day for fitness?
It usually takes three or four days to practice regularly. Choose a day to have a full rest, and it must be a rest day. Otherwise, physical fitness can't keep up, and there will be a great sense of fatigue, which will affect the next training. When deciding the frequency of going to the gym, two things should be considered in the training plan: intensity, that is, the heaviest weight you lift, and the amount of training, that is, intensity × times × groups. Every time you change one of these factors, the other two will be affected, thus changing the answer of how many times you have to practice a week.
