How to balance the conflict between basketball and fitness?
My husband just likes basketball very much. He usually plays basketball to exercise. They are all exercised through exercise. I don't think there will be any conflict between basketball and fitness. If there are conflicts, allocate time. Generally, I don't play basketball every day, usually about 2-3 times a week, but I can do fitness every day. Of course, you still have to arrange your own time, or you will be tired running back and forth at both ends, so you must allocate your time reasonably.
