(4) The soles of the feet emit cold air, usually at night, usually on the right foot. I looked it up on the Internet, and it's amazing that the body discharges cold air during moxibustion reaction.
(5) The mat I used to sleep at night is black when I take it off every morning. To call it black is to expel moisture. It's useless in the dog days. I used it yesterday. I found no color when I picked it this morning. Maybe there are no arrangements for foot stickers now, right?
(6) Feel the reaction of moxibustion to drive away diseases. Where the body is weak, where it is easy to get sick, there is moxibustion reaction. Abdominal pain and tightness in the heart are all familiar feelings.

Wrists and ankles are getting colder and colder. In other words, I don't have to wear socks during the day, and my wrists and ankles are not as cold as before.
