This is a very effective warm-up for triceps, and it is fully prepared for heavy load training.

In most of my training, I do four groups at a time, but I limit my triceps exercise to three groups. The triceps brachii muscle group is small, unlike the leg, which needs more stimulation. The size of muscle groups determines that they don't need such a big training load.
