Why does aerobic exercise last more than 30 minutes?
1. When people are exercising, the body provides energy in order to maintain the exercise, so the glycogen in the body will be used first. When glycogen stored in the body can no longer provide energy for the body at a certain moment, it will use the accumulated fat in the body to provide energy, which is called fat burning. It is easy to understand why the itchy exercise lasts for more than 30 minutes, because the glycogen in the body is used for energy rather than fat in the first 30 minutes.

2. Exercise on the treadmill. I suggest you have two schemes: 1. To warm up, walk slowly for 3 minutes, then accelerate for 5 minutes, then jog 10 minutes, then run at a medium speed 10 minutes, and finally run 10 minutes. Don't stop immediately after running, then slow down gradually until you walk slowly. In this way, the whole process lasts for 40 minutes, which can not only achieve the purpose of fitness, but also do no harm to the body!

Suggestion 2: After warming up for 3 minutes, walk fast for 5 minutes and jog for 5 minutes. Cycle this way for three times, and finally walk for 7 minutes, which takes 40 minutes. The advantage of this method is that it won't make people feel monotonous!

I wish you the best of health!
