Are you doing strength training or aerobic exercise? Generally speaking, personal training is more, the purpose is to gain muscle and reduce fat. You can go to the forum to see the fitness experience shared by others, recommend muscle engineering, and slowly explore a set of your own training program. I have been working out for 4 years and have never asked for personal training. I can train in the gym with my partner, which will get twice the result with half the effort.
