In order to let the whole people enjoy high-quality sports venues and enrich their amateur cultural life, sports events and public welfare activities are well run, and sports venues are usually open to the general public. On the one hand, at the beginning of planning the construction of cultural and sports facilities, the new district has been committed to building a structural system based on community sports facilities, with regional cultural and sports facilities as the middle level and large stadiums and large sports theme parks as the high level. Mass sports facilities have been basically built in all residential areas, creating conditions for national fitness; Leisure plazas have been built in Swan Lake Scenic Area, landscape belts around the scenic area and major theme parks to facilitate citizens' exercise and fitness, forming a regional sports and leisure system. During the construction of Hefei Sports Center in Anhui Province, the possibility and feasibility of mass participation were considered from many angles. On the other hand, in the construction and management practice of Hefei Sports Center, Anhui Province, we should try our best to combine the maintenance of venues with mass participation, and gradually open the venues to achieve a win-win situation in both economic and social benefits. At present, swimming pools, gymnasiums, table tennis halls, badminton halls and tennis courts are all open to the public. Anhui Hefei Sports Center has won numerous awards since its completion. In 2005, it successfully passed the acceptance of science and technology demonstration project of China Construction Third Bureau. In 2007, it won the Huangshan Cup in Anhui Province and the Amber Cup in Hefei City.
On June 20 10, China Sports Industry Co., Ltd. was introduced as a professional housekeeper through public bidding, and it was required to hold no less than 48 large-scale sports events and cultural performances every year for the first three years, and the free public fitness activities should last no less than 12 days each year.
