Should we set long-term goals for fitness?
Fitness for more than a year, still did not achieve the goal. Maybe the method is wrong, maybe the diet is not good, but I am definitely working hard and sweating. I was in a hurry several times. Why have I worked so hard for so long and still failed to achieve my goal? I even had the idea of giving up, but it must have been just a moment. My goal is there, and I am not allowed to give up. I think I made too many mistakes in the past. I need to atone for my sins and wash my mind, so let my body suffer more to save my soul and my life. So now I regard fitness as a kind of practice, and the day when I reach my goal is the day when I succeed in self-redemption, I firmly believe! I am a fitness instructor because of my interest, but I prefer to call myself a person who loves fitness, hoping to share the happiness brought by fitness with more people! ! !

Although I am a novice in fitness, coaching and fitness promotion, I am learning and making progress every day, and I hope to inspire everyone by sharing what I have learned, so I can post questions and answer questions at any time, because fitness is really a happy thing, so I need to feed it in the right way!

Fortunately, I passed the ACE private education certification of the American Sports Commission, and other certificates are being studied one after another. If I can share knowledge, I won't keep it. If it's beyond my professional scope, I'll explain. Please answer my friends when I get back! Anyway, take care! Come on!
