Probably it is found that after frequent overtime and overdraft, the state recovery is getting slower and slower, and physical exhaustion, chest tightness and shortness of breath are the norm;

Probably, I found that more and more young people around me "fall in love" with various health care products, and "put Lycium barbarum in a thermos cup" every day, feeling "I'm fine"!

After I got sick last year, my sense of physical crisis became stronger and stronger. Yes, I am so timid. The fitness card I got was useless for a long time, which inspired the idea of fitness.

People who didn't exercise in the previous year began to force themselves to go to the gym as soon as they had time last June 165438+ 10. Instead of enjoying food and exercise, it is better to enjoy the pleasure and sense of accomplishment brought by this healthy way.

I used to use busy work as an excuse, but now I find that time can still be arranged after I really take a step.

Of course, there are occasional indulgence and laziness. I am grateful for the many changes that have taken place since I embarked on the road of sports-self-discipline, self-confidence and the vitality and efficiency brought by my work.
