The second category is strength training. This kind of exercise is the mainstream exercise in the field of fitness now. The purpose is to shape and exercise muscles and arm your body with muscles. The ultimate goal of this form of exercise is to increase muscle size and strength.

In fact, whether it is shaping or increasing muscles, it is actually the same. Many women are afraid of strength training and becoming muscle girls, but in fact, their plastic surgery training, including squat with bare hands, is aimed at increasing muscles.

We usually say that shaping and muscle training are actually one thing, but shaping is more concerned with body shape. Muscle exercise pays more attention to muscle mass and muscle strength.

Third, skill-based sports. Including dance, ball games, fighting and yoga. These exercises are more interesting than the other two, but less purposeful than strength training and aerobic exercise.

For example, if you want to lose weight, you want to lose weight by dancing or ball games, which is much more difficult than aerobic exercise. Because when you play ball, there is no way to compare the energy consumption pattern and total energy consumption with aerobic exercise.
