The yo-yo is unidirectional, so any lateral movement of the feet can generate radial power. If you are not left-handed, when you start, your left foot is in front and your right foot is behind.
Specific practice methods:
Step 1: Practice the sense of balance first, choose a flat ground, so that you can keep the speed with little force, and then find a wall, a railing, or a person to move and experience the feeling of maintaining balance. Keep your left foot level and your right foot swing back and forth. Contact back and forth until you can slowly get rid of the wall.
Step 2: Practice begins. Just like a bicycle, it is easy to keep balance at a certain speed. Step on your left foot in front, slide your right foot to the left, and then swing your right foot on the skateboard.
Step 3: Practice turning freely. The left foot and the right foot are symmetrical. When your feet swing in opposite directions at the same time, you can make a big turn. In the stage of bipedal movement, you need to bend your knees, completely relax your ankles, and keep your upper body straight and face forward. At this time, body control becomes the key. You can make a 180 degree turn after bending your knees, and the control of the center of gravity must keep up, so as to achieve the realm of integration of people and boards. Note that there can be no water on the ground at this time, otherwise it may slip due to insufficient adhesion of the wheels.
Note: You may fall down in two situations:
First, the front wheel is stuck in an uneven gully, and then it can jump out of inertia;
The second is to slip when you make a big turn, so it is good to be mentally prepared when you do it. So the yo-yo is not fast and relatively safe. Wait;
