The cost of breathable plastic track is not as high as that of all-plastic track, and it is cheap and durable. About 60% of plastic runways in China are breathable plastic runways, which are suitable for paving roads in various schools, track and field runways, semi-circular areas, auxiliary areas, national fitness paths, indoor gymnasium training runways and playgrounds.

2. Mixed plastic runway

The effective component of mixed plastic racetrack is polyurethane slurry, which is mainly composed of colorless and transparent component A (curing agent) and colored component B (elastomer) in product form. During site construction, component A and component B are mixed, a certain proportion of catalyst is added, and a certain proportion of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber particles are mixed and paved on the ground to form a mixed plastic runway.

The shape of the mixed plastic runway is similar to that of a plastic plate, which is waterproof and elastic. Therefore, after high-intensity use, its service life is still longer than that of breathable plastic track. But on the whole, its price is still higher than the breathable plastic runway, and the construction technology is also complicated and difficult.

3. All plastic plastic runway

The effective component of all-plastic plastic racetrack is polyurethane slurry, and its elastomer is not mixed with rubber particles, which is of better quality and more durable. The surface layer is sprayed with EPDM particles and glue color paste, which is beautiful and has good visual effect.

All-plastic material is made of pure PU (polyurethane) artificially: the surface of plastic track is granular, impervious, with good physical elasticity and wear resistance, and can resist all kinds of extreme weather conditions, long-term sun exposure, rainy season and freezing climate.

4. Composite plastic runway

Composite plastic runway is a kind of composite multifunctional plastic runway, which has the advantages of both mixed runway and breathable runway. Its appearance is consistent with the mixed plastic track, and it is the first choice for the construction of stadiums in economically underdeveloped areas in alpine regions of China.

The cost of composite traditional plastic track is lower than that of hybrid plastic track, and it has the characteristics of good elasticity, bright color, high strength, good elasticity, wear resistance, anti-skid, low temperature resistance, earthquake resistance, sound insulation and durability. Because of its good surface drainage function, rain and snow in the alpine region cannot enter the elastic layer of the plastic runway. Once the climate gets warmer, the snow and ice on the surface of the composite traditional plastic runway will melt, and the runway slope will naturally drain water, which will not have any adverse effects on the runway. Suitable for all kinds of track and field stadiums in cold areas.
