In his later years, the old duke passed on kung fu to his little grandson Hou Peng, but in the end, he didn't leave all his kung fu in the world, and he also got a broken fist and leg. Hou Peng studied martial arts since childhood, and learned boxing and tiger fighting skills from his grandfather. He also learned some unusual techniques of grasping and fighting for life, as well as techniques such as turning trees and pedaling steel knives. When Hou Peng was 9 years old, the old duke died, and he learned the residual skills of the Hou family.
Hou Peng 12 years old is already a very practical basic skill. Later, in order to find the shadow of Hou Jiaquan from Tai Ji Chuan, he studied under the famous Tai Ji Chuan master Chen Guo. He also raised two cats, intending to imitate the movements of cats and feel the power of beating tigers. /kloc-When he was 0/5 years old, Hou Peng studied both Chen Shi Tai Ji Chuan and Yang Tai Tai Ji Chuan. He learned too little Lin Hu Boxing and became a famous "student" martial artist in Shuangyashan. He performed martial arts at the 50th anniversary celebration of Shuangyashan provincial key middle school. In the same year, Hou Peng opened up a clearing on the mountain near his home, and began to learn to walk like a cat, practicing that dexterous and light pace, recalling some characteristics of tiger martial arts that Grandpa said, plus his own kung fu and a little research, which lasted for three years. After going to college, with the support of Zhou Ruyi, chairman of Daqing Wushu Association, and with the help of Professor Wu Weimin, a Wushu expert from Daqing Petroleum Institute, Hou Peng kept practicing and exploring this ancient martial art every day. In 2007, the Zhonghua Zhenwu Club of Daqing Petroleum Institute was established (later renamed Dongyou Zhenwu Club) and began to publicize and practice Hou's boxing and tiger fighting skills. Until June 5438 +2008 10, I began to build a car behind closed doors and sort out the documents on tiger fighting skills.
Hou Peng was praised as the "King of the Tiger in Longjiang" and "King of the Tiger in Northeast China" by the martial arts community for his efforts to promote and spread tiger fighting skills. 20 12 came to Shanghai to study for a master's degree, and founded the tiger martial arts school, and began to internationalize tiger fighting.
From April 2065438 to August 2005, Hou Peng, the Tiger King, rearranged a few limited movements on the basis of the second generation of tiger fighting skill of the old duke, absorbed the essence of many excellent martial arts boxing methods in China, and created three female boxing routines of tiger fighting skill, which marked that tiger fighting skill entered a systematic and standardized road. Thus, Hou Jiaquan formally formed a martial arts system consisting of three parts: Tiger Fighting Skill (the third generation), Hou Shi Baduanjin and Tiger King Teng.

23. Hou Shi Baduan Brocade (Vertical Baduan Brocade) is a traditional genre with wide spread, great influence and large audience among many schools of Baduan Brocade. The boxing proverb "Seven Hous and Two Roads are the national standard, one martial arts, one essay and one gymnastics", which is widely circulated among Baduanjin practitioners, refers to the audience proportion of Hou Shi Baduanjin, Lushi Baduanjin and the national standard Baduanjin, and the characteristics of Wushu.
Hou Shi Baduanjin is an introductory martial art about fitness and health preservation in Houmen Wushu, which plays an important role in the overall martial arts system of Houjiaquan. Together with Tiger Boxing and Tiger King's Staff, it has formed a relatively complete martial arts system of Houjiaquan. Baduanjin is not created by one person, nor is it unique to all schools. It is the property of the country and the nation. There is no difference in the essence of Baduanjin from different factions, and there is no difference in the effect of fitness and health preservation, but there are differences in the ways to achieve fitness and health preservation.
Hou Jiaquan's master, the old Duke, was recommended to practice Shaolin Baduanjin in his later years, and combined with Hou Jiaquan's martial arts theory, he studied and trained deeply, forming a unique style, which was handed down from generation to generation in Hou's family. Later generations of Hou family learned Baduanjin, which was rearranged by the Health Qigong Management Center of the State General Administration of Sport, while practicing Baduanjin handed down by the old duke. Finally, based on the Baduanjin practiced by the original Hou family, the existing Baduanjin style in Hou Shi was formed, which fully combined the generous action system and scientific fitness methods of Baduanjin. At the same time, Hou Shi's descendants put forward the slogan of "scientific fitness, scientific qigong", which was widely praised by the martial arts and qigong circles. 20 14, located in China Wushu Museum, Hou Peng, the representative of Hou Jiaquan, put forward the slogan of "loyalty and patriotism, inheriting civilization, scientific qigong and opposing superstition" and the slogan of "revitalizing Chinese Wushu and inheriting national culture", which was unanimously recognized by many martial artists, marking Hou Jiaquan's entry into the Eighth National Congress of Hou Shi from north to south.
Hou Shi Baduanjin is characterized by "a place where you can fight boxing and lie down cows". You can practice Hou Shi Baduanjin where your feet can stand, which is very suitable for the fitness of modern urban white-collar workers and can be used in offices, bedrooms, bathrooms, playgrounds and other places. Kung fu movements are simple and easy to learn, which is the best choice for "office health". At present, many enterprises in Shanghai carry out Hou Shi Baduanjin training, which is well received by employees.
As a part of boxing, Hou Shi Baduanjin, compared with other schools of Baduanjin, has obvious martial arts characteristics, generous movements, watertight and magnificent. Although it is a "land of boxing and lying cows", it can be used as the first choice for healthy exercise, and it can also be used as an introductory skill of boxing and learning advanced skills such as tiger pounce.
Hou Shi Baduanjin Formula:
Hold the triple energizer with both hands,
Bow left and right like a vulture,
Regulating the spleen and stomach requires a single lift.
Five strains and seven injuries. Look back.
Shake your head and wag your tail to get rid of your heart,
Climb your feet with both hands, strengthen your kidneys and waist,
Save your fist and bright light to increase your strength,
Behind it, everything went wrong.
(The order is not fixed, and each type can be practiced separately or in combination. )
Preparation-stay in the abdomen, calm your mind, adjust your breathing and straighten your body.
Hold the triple energizer with both hands-it means that the triple energizer is unobstructed, and the gas in both hands rises from Guanyuan to sudden, and the gas in both hands drops from sudden to Guanyuan.
Opening a bow from left to right is like shooting an eagle-the bow is strong enough to reach the back, which means that the index finger is Shang Yang.
To regulate the spleen and stomach, it is necessary to lift the abdomen, stretch both sides, inhale and clear the air, and exhale and turbid the air.
Looking back after five strains and seven injuries-rotating the arm to stimulate the origin of the wrist, looking back, rotating the cervical vertebra, stretching the shoulders and back, squatting and abdomen.
Shake your head and tail to drive away the fire in your heart-shake your head and relax your spine, swing your tail and turn your tail, and breathe naturally, like a spring.
Climb your feet with your hands to strengthen your kidney and waist-move the bladder meridian, dredge the second pulse of Ren Du, keep your mind at the gate of life, and your breath will sink into the abdomen.
Save your fist and glare to increase your strength-twist your spine left and right, your strength comes from Tian Dan, twist your wrist and grab it hard, and your eyes are dazzling.
There are seven bulges on the back, and all the diseases have disappeared-toes scratching the ground hard, committee of 100 pull-ups, limbs relaxing and jumping down, inhaling and exhaling and missing the abdomen.
Acceptance-the breath belongs to Yuanshou Dantian, and it will be restored in a while. 20 13 Hou Peng, King Tiger, founded Tiger Wushu School to teach China Kung Fu to foreign students. When I was in contact with African students, I came into contact with Zulu walking stick, and combined with some skills of Tiger Bo short stick, I created a small stand of Tiger King walking stick, which marked the formation of Tiger King walking stick and enriched the composition of Hou Jiaquan again.
The Zulu War, which took place in 1879, was a war between the British Empire and the Zulu Kingdom of South Africa. From the beginning, this war attracted people's attention because of several large-scale bloody conflicts, and thus became a landmark event of British colonial rule in this area. This war ended Zulu's history as an independent country. Regarding the Zulu War, a program on the History Channel once described the lessons of failed wars, including Dien Bien Phu and the Battle of Malay Peninsula. One episode is the battle of Ethan Delwana. The TV series truly reflected the situation at that time from the military point of view and summed up the experience, but avoided talking about the root causes of the war. This battle was the most serious military defeat suffered by Britain at the most powerful time in the19th century. The two Opium Wars in China did not cause such heavy casualties to the British army. In Isardvarna, the British army was attacked by Zulu people who were several times more equipped by the Qing government. The almost naked soldiers, armed with primitive hunting spears and mediocre sticks, were defeated under the command of King Kerzhwayo. At the beginning of the 20th century, Gandhi of India went to South Africa to do medical rescue work. Seeing the British killing innocent people and the Zulu people's fearless resistance strengthened his determination to achieve national independence. Mandela grew up under the influence of stories of Zulu heroes such as Dingan and Kerzhwayo.
The mediocre stick that Zulu people took in this struggle was Zulu walking stick. This brave walking stick is a famous cold weapon in Africa. At present, there are very few practitioners in Asia, and influenced by African indigenous culture, the practice method of Zulu walking stick is very primitive and unsystematic. In the exchange of martial arts culture in Tiger Martial Arts School, Kenyan disciples recommended Zulu walking stick to the students and showed the basic skills of Zulu walking stick in a clumsy way. Hou Peng learned the original techniques of Zulu walking stick, combined with some basic techniques of Hu Bo short stick, and often practiced for a long time, creating a short and pithy walking stick routine. During his life in Yang Xinyuan, Sichuan, Hou Peng gathered many outstanding martial artists from Zhangjiang Hi-Tech to practice boxing together. When Hou Peng practiced walking stick routines, everyone was stunned by this exotic walking stick technique with traditional martial arts figures. When asked about the name, Hou Peng called it "Zulu cane based on Hu Bo short stick", but there was no specific name. According to Hou Peng's nickname "Tiger King", that is, the name "Tiger King Teng" arose, and the first batch of practitioners were formed. At present, Huwangteng has a large audience in Shanghai.
The characteristics of Tiger King's walking stick: simple and practical moves, unpretentious, one stroke to defeat the enemy, and extremely lethal. The stick technique pursues actual combat, is deadly and aggressive, and is known as "China's wand".
