Taking 0/50 high school students with hearing disabilities in Shanghai School for the Deaf as the research object, this paper investigates their extracurricular physical exercise behavior and its influencing factors by means of questionnaire, literature, mathematical statistics and interviews. Through quantitative and qualitative analysis, it obtains their current characteristics in exercise time, exercise frequency, exercise intensity, exercise time, exercise place and exercise items. In addition, this paper makes a statistical analysis of eight dimensions that affect the extracurricular physical exercise behavior of high school students with hearing impairment, such as exercise attitude and exercise motivation, and discusses the specific factors that affect their extracurricular physical exercise behavior. The results are as follows: the present situation: most students express their willingness to participate in extracurricular physical exercise, but the proportion of choosing to participate in physical exercise in their leisure time is low; Regardless of gender, extracurricular physical exercise is mainly based on small amount of exercise; The exercise frequency and time of some students are still insufficient, and the exercise intensity of boys and girls mostly stays at a low intensity, especially girls.
