In fact, I have taken many detours in the process of fitness, and I have learned many lessons. Fortunately, however, these have not had much impact on my fitness experience or my body. When I first entered the gym nearly two years ago, like many novices, I was curious about every piece of fitness equipment. Then I didn't know that I had to rely on parts to train. When I first went to the gym, I tried to train all the equipment in the gym. At that time, I didn't make any preparations such as warming up. There is no discomfort after training, just a little tired and sore muscles. But when I got up the next morning, I found that most of my muscles were strained, and I could hardly get out of bed. My body was very painful. Only then did I know that it was the intensity of my one-time exercise in the gym the day before that caused my muscle strain. And there is no warm-up before fitness, and there is no stretching after fitness. The tension lasted for four days before the pain gradually disappeared. Since then, every time I go to the gym, I will extend the warm-up and stretching time as much as possible, so that my muscles can get more adaptive training.
I also made a mistake in the gym, that is, I only knew that I had to train in different parts and groups at the beginning of exercise, but I didn't have a detailed fitness plan. So that I practiced my chest muscles for nearly a month, which caused me to feel sore every day when I did breast augmentation, and the effect was not satisfactory. Later, I learned that every muscle group in the body has a certain recovery cycle, and different exercises should be carried out in different parts every day.
