Dinner is part of three meals. If the energy intake of dinner is insufficient, it is easy to get hypoglycemia in the morning exercise after getting up the next day.
The correct way to lose weight should be to lose weight through exercise, exercise moderately every day and eat reasonably. A reasonable diet should be to eat more green vegetables and rice, eat meat in moderation, and supplement the protein needed for exercise.
