The affairs of the comprehensive group are numerous and trivial, and everything in the department except the daily work of each group is handed over to the comprehensive group. The team leader told me many times that he hoped to make adjustments. The departmental regulations need to be further improved and the relevant departmental systems need to be re-discussed.
As a minister, I have gained a lot this semester, and my speech and expression ability, communication ability and mediation ability have been greatly improved. I learned to think independently, solve problems independently, and how to allocate control time. The study burden of junior year is obviously heavier than that of freshman year, so it is very important to keep a balance between the work of the student union and the study of the main responsibilities.
