What's your impression of Cantonese?
I have been to Beishangguang, and the following is a small impression of Cantonese.

One: The biggest impression is casual low-key. Except for important occasions, there are few suits and ties, unlike Shanghainese who pay attention to clothes and Beijingers who care about politics. There is a good saying: Guangdong can't see who has money, and Northeast can't see who has no money.

Two: Some people think Cantonese people are small. In fact, that was in the last century. In 1980s, "southeast and northwest, Guangdong made a fortune" brought about inter-ethnic marriage. Nowadays, many post-90 s parents are from all provinces in China, and their brains are naturally not bad. The same is true of Hong Kong. Today's Hong Kong people are also people who fled to Hong Kong from all over the country during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period. Hybrid rice is better and not a bad thing.

Third, Cantonese people pay attention to eating, not wearing. In Shanghai, I met some people, all dressed up as famous brands, who went home to eat bran and swallow vegetables. Cantonese people can't do this. They pay attention to eating, and they are very particular about making soup in the morning and afternoon tea.

Fourthly, influenced by Hong Kong and Macao, Cantonese people are still polite and orderly. There is xenophobia, but it is not as serious as Beijing and Shanghai. Most Cantonese people have vague geographical concepts. It's a bit funny to call the place in northern Guangdong the North and the people in northern Guangdong the Americans.

Fifth, Guangdong men are a little male chauvinistic, while Guangdong women are traditional housekeepers, who can cook soup and are very suitable for being wives. It is also the husband who is cheating outside. Northern women may make a scene, while Guangdong women are more sensible. Anyway, just go home. Of course, it's not all. It feels like this.
