Whether you like to break through or shoot, the first thing to practice is the strength of the upper and lower limbs. If we focus on breakthrough, we should first pay attention to the strength of lower limbs, followed by the strength of waist and upper limbs. Otherwise, focus on the upper limbs (fingers, wrists, upper arms) first, and then focus on the waist and lower limbs. The strength of the waist is very important. PS: I tend to shoot, 172CM, and bounce well. I can hold the box with both hands, so I keep lifting dumbbells. It's much easier to shoot 3 points now and the stability is much higher than before.
