Fitness is actually a very big concept. For example, strength training, there will be some projects that some people are good at and like, so what's the difference between doing only hard pull and doing only squat?

The first thing to say is that if you want to gain muscle, it is actually possible to do only one kind of hard pull and squat, but there will be some differences, that is, the muscle gap.

First, the similarities between the two.

The main similarity between the two strength training programs is that they are both fitness exercises that can mobilize the joint tissues of the whole body, and various muscle groups participate in the training. The training of these two events will greatly stimulate the muscles, tendons, heart, lungs, bones and endocrine of human body, and will also train these tissues.

Second, differences.

There must be some differences between the two, mainly the different stress points. For example, the action of hard pulling is mainly due to the flexion and extension of the buttocks, that is, the rear side of the lower body will exert more force, while the action of squatting is mainly due to the flexion and extension of the knees, that is, the quadriceps will exert more force. When we are doing some heavy training, you can squat as much as possible, even reaching the training frequency of three weeks, but there are more hard pulls.

Third, the muscle gap between the two exercises.

In fact, the muscle gap between the two exercises is mainly due to the different stressed muscles and different parts of the muscles, and there is no difference in others. Even if you use hard pull instead of squat, or squat instead of hard pull, there is not much difference in terms of muscle building efficiency or muscle quality, but of course, if you are a fan of weightlifting, I suggest you practice hard pull more, because of this special sport.

But in the final analysis, in fact, for ordinary bodybuilders, if you only choose one or both of the two training movements, it will not have a great impact on your muscle state. If your squat will be better, then you can practice it more. If hard pulling makes you feel more comfortable, you can practice hard pulling.
