Basha Fish | Coriander | Millet Spicy | Garlic | Chili Powder | White Sesame
Specific practices
1. Cut Basha fish into pieces. After boiling, add 1 tbsp cooking wine to remove fishy smell. Add Basha fish and cook for later use.
2. Put minced garlic, millet, chili powder and white sesame into a bowl and pour in hot oil.
3. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce and 1 tbsp aged vinegar, and mix well.
4. Pour the sauce on the Basha fish dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley and mix well.
So simple and super appetizing cold and sour Basha fish is finished!
