4. Connect in strict accordance with the telephone answering procedure of the switchboard.
5. In strict accordance with the financial system for cashier operation and report production.
6. Be familiar with all kinds of card business, and handle the membership formalities for the guests in a timely and enthusiastic manner.
7. Accept complaints from members with enthusiasm and patience, and report to the supervisor in time.
8. Be responsible for opening and closing, maintaining and keeping the front desk equipment.
