Sports that don't need to go out in winter include yoga or pilates, aerobics, strength training, self-weight training, indoor swimming or running, spinning and so on.

These exercises can be easily carried out at home, just need a yoga mat and some teaching videos.

2. Aerobic exercise

Dance aerobics like Zumba or some low-intensity aerobic aerobics can be done at home.

Use dumbbells, kettlebells or barbells for strength training.

4. Self-esteem training

Such as push-ups, sit-ups, squats, etc. These trainings don't need any equipment, only their own weight.

5. Swimming or running indoors

If you have an indoor swimming pool or a treadmill, you can do these exercises at home. They are all good aerobic exercises.
